About Kristy Neal,
Owner of Nealscape, LLC
From an early age, I developed an interest in gardens and beautiful landscapes by helping my grandmother and mother plant shrubs, flowers, and vegetables. With time, experience, and education, my dedicated hobby evolved into a dream career. I received my Residential Landscape Design Certificate through Emory University and have a special interest in pollinator plants, vegetable gardens, and shade gardens.
I believe that education is a key ingredient for helping plants flourish in the landscape. To stay current in the field, I participate in continuing education classes through Emory University and the University of Georgia Extension Services. As a former teacher, I have valuable communication and organizational skills which are important for outstanding customer service. And, I really enjoy helping my clients appreciate and learn about landscape design and plant care!
My husband and I have grown expansive vegetable/fruit gardens at home for many years. Since I also like to cook, I enjoy using our fresh produce in healthy and delicious dishes.
